Job Title: Site IT Lead
Location: Tampa, FL, 33634 Onsite
Duration: 12 months
PR: $56- $59 on W2
Position Summary:
The Site IT Lead is responsible for ensuring effective collaboration between IT and business functions at assigned locations. This role ensures delivery of reliable, consistent IT services, serves as the primary contact and escalation point for site leadership on IT matters, and drives compliance with global IT policies, processes, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between local business stakeholders and the IT organization.
- Partner with site leadership to understand business objectives and align them with client’s technology roadmaps.
- Establish and manage stakeholder expectations, providing visibility on IT service performance and improvement plans.
IT Service Delivery & Operations
- Accountable for all IT services at the site, liaising with the IT Service Delivery organization and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs, report gaps, and coordinate remediation actions.
- Capture and formalize site-specific IT requirements and adjust services beyond global standards as needed.
- Ensure consistent adherence to IT processes and policies by site employees.
IT Security & Compliance
- Collaborate with the Regional IT Security Officer to ensure compliance with global IT security standards.
- Promote IT security awareness across the site.
- Support internal and regulatory audits, serving as the IT representative and developing remediation plans for audit findings.
IT/OT Coordination
- Partner with Operational Technology (OT) teams to ensure smooth IT/OT operations without business disruption.
- Capture and coordinate IT/OT service demands, ensuring timely delivery of required services.
Disaster Recovery & Infrastructure Management:
- Develop, maintain, and periodically test the site’s technical disaster recovery plan.
- Oversee infrastructure life cycle management, including IT asset inventory, risk management, and planning capital projects for upgrades.
- Maintain the site’s applications repository in compliance with global IT standards.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of site IT activities during inspections and audits (internal and regulatory).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of IT architecture, IT security, ITIL, and IT governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service ethic with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, resolve issues quickly, and manage multiple demands.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective prioritization and project management capabilities.
