Job Summary
Responsible for providing management oversight for all phases of assigned commercial construction projects in our South Florida office region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to completion
- Develop and monitor the budget and schedule for the successful completion of each assigned project.
- Select and hire subcontractors as required to complete the various work scopes for the project.
- Draft the contracts and review for issuance to subcontracts.
- Manage project superintendents and ensure they have the necessary resources to successfully complete the projects
- Communicate directly with Owners and Architects

- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Scheduling, Estimating)

- Read, write and speak the English language with proficiency
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction management
Other important information

- Strong preference for candidates who currently live in the South Florida region and work in commercial construction
