We offer a home-like setting for our residents and a collaborative work culture for our staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our facility.
Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage: $17 – $20/hour (depending on experience and certification).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the Administrator
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident living areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver, aide, or CNA preferred but not required (training available).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for senior care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
