Salary: Hourly rate of $15.50-$16.50

We are currently seeking passionate caregivers and MedTechs to join our team across all shifts.

Job Summary:
As a Caregiver and/or MedTech, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the nursing staff in administering medications and treatments. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident’s needs are met with respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff, adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and respond to their needs promptly.
- Build supportive relationships with residents and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain knowledge of best practices in caregiving.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is a plus.
- Valid certification as a MedTech or similar role required (specific certifications may vary by location).
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
- Flexible availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed, and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
