Experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Bilingual (Spanish)

Margate, FL
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are a well-established Primary Care / Internal Medicine clinic in Margate, FL seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish-English) Certified Medical Assistant with eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is efficient, patient-centered, and comfortable managing both clinical and patient coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vitals

• Patient triage and clinical support

• Managing patient phone calls and messages

• Coordinating communication between patients and providers

• Medication refills and follow-up using eClinicalWorks

• Phlebotomy and specimen handling

• Performing EKGs

• Supporting HEDIS and MRA documentation and gap closure

• Accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)

• Prior Authorizations- Medication

• Delivering excellent patient communication and care coordination

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – required

• Bilingual English/Spanish – required

• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience – required

• Minimum 2 years experience in primary care or internal medicine

• Strong knowledge of HEDIS and MRA preferred

• Phlebotomy and EKG experience required

• Experience completing prior authorizations -medications

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:
