Job Description
You will oversee daily maintenance operations, perform advanced repairs, and guide on‑site techs to ensure high-quality service throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- To lead maintenance operations and mentor on-site techs
- To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- To complete work orders and manage preventative maintenance
- To ensure safety and quality standards across the property
- To prepare units for move-ins and handle advanced maintenance needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Must have own tools
