Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC)

Position Details:
Location: St. Augustine
Pay: Starting at $48/hr
Hours: May vary based on location
Schedules: May vary based on location

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• FL SLP License (FLBSLP)
• FL DOE Certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
• Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Supervise SLP assistants when assigned

Work Environment:\n\n* School-based setting with occasional travel\n\n* Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.)\n\n* Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress\n\n* Total hours may vary (approx. 40 hours per week)
