We're Hiring: Litigation Associate - Trial & Defense Team (Florida)
My client is seeking a highly motivated Associate with 3 years of litigation experience to join their dynamic Trial and Defense team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-exposure civil litigation matters, including:
General & premises liability
Negligent security & wrongful death
Construction & automotive accidents
Property damage & product liability claims
What You'll Do:
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Engage directly with clients and report case status
What We're Looking For:
- Admitted to practice in Florida
- Strong academics & litigation experience
- Exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
