Job Description

Duron Williamson’s Tree Service, LLC located in Bell, Florida is looking to hire a dedicated Bucket Truck/Aerial lift Operator for residential and commercial tree removal. You must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, CDL a plus. Starting pay is $35.00 an hour. 40+ hours a week, must be willing to work some Saturdays. There are opportunities to grow within the company, earn bonuses, 1 week paid vacation and retirement plan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a bucket truck/aerial lift to perform various tasks related to tree care. These responsibilities will include but are not limited to tree trimming, tree removal, and running a ground crew. This role requires a strong understanding of bucket/aerial lift operation and safety protocols. You must have experience with technical rigging.

Duties Operating bucket truck/aerial lift safely and efficiently for tree trimming and removal. Working with team members to plan & execute safe removal/trimming of trees in both residential and commercial environments. Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.

Requirements Proven experience operating bucket trucks and similar equipment. Knowledge of tree removal, tree trimming and procedures. Experience with technical rigging. Familiarity with tree trimming/removal and tree care best practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
