Chief Perfusionist (Jupiter, Florida)
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is Board Certified (ABCP) to take the lead in our dynamic team!
Our organization holds a distinctive position within the industry, providing significant opportunities for professional advancement through a varied business model. The selected candidate will join a dedicated team of three perfusionists at Jupiter Medical Center, handling approximately 175 primarily scheduled CPB cases annually. We are focused on establishing long-term relationships for this role.
This program boasts a rich history of excellent outcomes, a passionate team, and an administrative staff that comprehends the essentials of managing a heart program.
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Capability to thrive in a demanding clinical setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in practicing evidence-based medicine and collaborating in clinical decision-making.
- Graduation from an accredited American perfusion program and ABCP certification are required.
- Willingness to relocate to Jupiter, FL or nearby areas.

Estimated Salary Range:
$150,000-$170,000+ annually, depending on experience, skills, and potential bonuses.
