Title: Assembler-1st shift
Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33407
Hire Type: Long-Term Contract
Salary: $20/HR
Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Monday – Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
- In this job, you will work in a production environment, engage in continuous production activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints.
- Use simple material handling equipment, hand tools, and air-impact tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
- Perform basic and precision subassemblies at various steps throughout the assembly process.
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections using simple gauges and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and resistance meters.
- Pack finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment.
- Maintain a high degree of eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for a full range of motion.
Qualifications:
- Assembly experience is preferred, though candidates with electrical or mechanical trade school education may be considered.
- Ability to follow standard work, including specific written instructions, and perform basic math.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to use air-impact and hand-held tools.
- Ability to perform precise subassemblies and conduct inspections.
Physical Demands
- Most tasks are performed in a standing position with intermittent walking and sitting.
- Frequent lifting and occasional carrying of items ranging from 1 lb. to 35 lbs.
- Occasional pushing/pulling (10–35 lbs.), bending, and frequent reaching to load/unload parts.
- Continuous handling of parts and various hand tools.
