EMPLOYEEE OWNED COMPANY

Seeking a Civil Structural, Roadway Estimator with 5 years experience estimating Structural Heavy Civil roadway construction.

The individual must have a proven track record while being professional and a motivated self-starter with a minimum of 5 years proven successful Civil Utility, Structural, Roadway construction Estimating experience.

JOB FUNCTION:

• Prepare, review, and solicit estimates for bidding purposes
• Perform quantity takeoff and pricing for bidding purposes
• Assists in the preparation of cost estimates, prepare construction budgets from cost estimates
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor prices
• Review contract documents and understand project parameter
• Have a thorough understanding construction means and methods
• Prepare complete estimates
• Estimating Heavy Civil / Utility projects ranging from $200K - $100M Million

REQUIREMENTS

• Substantial construction experience and / or engineering background
• 5+ years of civil construction estimating experience
• Have a thorough understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience with Estimating Heavy Civil / Utility projects ranging from $200K - $100 Million

  · Subcontractor coordination and relations

  · Ability to review and determine requirements for Bids, Qualifications and Proposals

  · Coordinate, Prepare and Administer Bid Documents for Governmental and Private Industry Clients

  Experience

• Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel,

• 5 Years Civil Estimating Utility and Roadway

• Proven track record.
