Panama City, FL | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Rotating Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15K | Shift Differentials | Relocation Assistance Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology
• Analyze and interpret results to support diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues; document corrective actions
• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with lab standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field
• Florida State License (in hand or application submitted)
• MT/MLS Certification (ASCP or equivalent) required
• Experience preferred, but new grads with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience ($28.65–$36.95/hr)
