We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who can oversee the shop help the brand grow through your creativity and ideas!
Responsibilities:
- Track and organize store inventory
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Occasional purchases of product
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Assist owner with new creative ideas to implement
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Previous experience in social media content creating or graphic designing is a plus
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
