Pay: $20.00-30.00/hr depending on experience + Year end bonuses

Position Summary: Responsible for assembling, installing, or maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar pool heating systems & solar water heating systems on roofs or other structures. You will work to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. You will be responsible for leading and training a team of junior solar installers.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license and insurable driving record
• Previous electrical experience required
• Ability to promote and comply with all company and safety procedures
• Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools to perform a variety of functions to install solar systems
• Must be a self-starter and have the able to work individually and with a team
