Job Description

Forum is an award winning architecture and interior design company and primarily focuses on multifamily projects, including market rate apartments, student housing, senior living (55+, independent living, assisted living and memory care), mixed use and hospitality.
Various levels of this position are available based on qualifications and prior experience with great professional growth opportunities.
Small team size is ideal for professional development and will provide exposure to projects from Conceptual Design through Project Close-out.
Drawing production will play a major role in the position, but opportunities for development of creative design solutions, site visits and interaction with clients, consultants and contractors are encouraged for those showing initiative.
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency with Revit
Curious, creative, inquisitive and team oriented.
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and reliable.
Fosters and maintains positive, respectful, professional and collaborative relationship with everyone in the workflow.
