We are looking for a professional, hard working, and tech-savvy individual to join our team and provide information and resolutions to eTags customers. This is a solutions oriented role for our Fort Lauderdale office. Previous experience processing vehicle title and registration transactions required. Daily tasks include:
- Reviewing and organizing title and registration documents for accuracy and conformity to specified state requirements.
- Resolving titling issues through interaction with customers and state licensed agencies
- Submitting title and registration transactions digitally for processing
- Maintaining knowledge of current FLHSMV regulations
- Maintaining database records of order changes, contact history, and more
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Challenging yourself to go above and beyond and raise the bar for excellence in the work environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience processing vehicle title and registration transactions required. A person qualified for this role will have the ability to:
- Process title and registration transactions with ease based on previous experience
- Be detailed oriented in order to find and resolve errors on titles and other documents
- Think critically to address issues and take initiative to resolve problems
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner, verbally and in writing
- Identify areas of improvement in self, for the team, and company
Additionally, a qualified individual will be able to meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency with Windows based applications
- Ability to type 30 or more words per minute
- 1+ year of previous title and registration processing preferred
- Experience working with web-based tools for order management
- Tech savvy individual who needs little to no assistance assimilating with new programs
