Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Service HVAC Technicians to join our team. As a Service HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential properties. This is a full-time position with great pay and benefits along with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced HVAC technicians with a strong background in chilled water systems, rooftop packaged units, VRF systems, and high-end residential applications.
- Maintain, and repair, (and occasionally install) HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters, etc
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including but not limited to chilled water systems, rooftop packaged units, VRF systems, and high-end residential applications, design principles and installation techniques
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience in field service and maintenance
- Familiarity with HVAC/R codes and regulations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
