Job Summary:
A respected law firm in the Boca Raton is seeking a highly polished and proactive Legal Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner. This role is best suited for a detail-driven, Type A professional who excels in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The firm is open to both permanent and contract-to-hire arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive administrative and legal support to senior attorneys.

Manage intricate calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee scheduling logistics.

Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents with precision and accuracy.

Assist with billing processes and time entry tracking.

Serve as a liaison between clients, government entities, and internal teams, particularly on land use matters.

Organize and maintain legal files and databases.

Support transactional legal work, including commercial real estate and corporate law.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant.
Background in land use, real estate, or corporate law (litigation experience not applicable).

Strong skills in document editing and redlining.

Familiarity with legal billing systems and timekeeping procedures.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.

Professional presence and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Prior experience supporting senior-level attorneys or firm leadership.

Exposure to transactional legal work, such as commercial real estate or corporate law.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
