Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Analyst position is available for the upcoming contract school year (CSY) in Naples, FL, serving K-12 students across multiple school sites. This role requires an active BCBA licensure and offers a dynamic opportunity to work on-site within various educational settings, including special education classrooms focused on autism support and behavior interventions.

Location: Naples, Florida
Assignment Dates: January 5, 2026 May 29, 2026
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schools Served: Assignments may include Lake Park Elementary, Barron Collier High School, and other locations within the district
Student Population: K-12 students, with specific focus on two IBI2 autism classrooms at the elementary level and behavior consultation at the high school level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and supervision tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student success
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven progress monitoring
  • Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure, active and in good standing
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably within school environments
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
