Production Manager
Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of production activities within the organization, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with experience in the roofing industry and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, adjusting plans as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing practices and technologies.
- Experience in project management and construction management.
- OSHA 10 Certification or willing to complete
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
