We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong construction experience to oversee and execute small-scale projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys working alongside their crew, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of job-site construction from planning through completion
- Coordinate daily field operations, labor, materials, and equipment
- Work on high-profile construction sites and client-facing projects
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement practical, cost-effective solutions
- Lead, train, and mentor crew members on tools, equipment, and job-site best practices
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
- Operate and oversee the use of construction equipment including excavators, compact track loaders, trenchers, air compressors, and related machinery
- Maintain schedules, track progress, and ensure projects stay on budget and on time
- Assist with project estimating, bidding, and proposal development
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams

- You enjoy variety and working on different types of projects
- You take pride in coaching, mentoring, and developing your crew
- You are familiar with project management principles and job-site labor coordination
- You have experience with underground services and utilities
- You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- You have reliable transportation and are able to travel to job sites as needed
