KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide professional language support for client interactions (remote and/or on-site depending on location and request type).
- Communicate accurately, clearly, and respectfully whilemaintainingconfidentiality.
- Confirm availability promptly and follow assignment instructions and guidelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor andtimelycommunication with TLD throughout each assignment.
WhatWe arelooking for:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least oneadditionallanguage (all languages encouraged).
- Experience: Interpreting or language-servicesexperience is aplus butnotrequired.
- Key Traits: Reliability, professionalism,strong communicationskills, and responsiveness.
- Technical Readiness (for remote requests): Ability to take calls/video meetings with stable internet and a quiet environment (preferred).
