The Port Royal Club, a legacy of distinction in Naples, FL, is seeking a visionary Director of Facilities to help guide us through one of the most transformative chapters in our history.
Following a $100 million renovation sparked by Hurricane Ian, our Club is undergoing a stunning reinvention. From our new West Indies-style clubhouse to cutting-edge amenities and Gulf-front dining, we’re creating an unparalleled member experience set to debut in Fall 2026.
Now, we need a facilities leader who is equal parts strategist and problem-solver—someone who takes pride in excellence, inspires strong teams, and thrives in a high-end, service-driven environment.
Your Mission:
- Lead all day-to-day operations for maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities
- Oversee trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping
- Act as owner’s rep on capital projects and renovations
- Manage vendor contracts, compliance, inspections, and maintenance records
- Build and mentor a high-performance facilities team
- Collaborate with Club leadership to shape long-term infrastructure strategy
You Bring:
- A degree in Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Deep knowledge of Florida codes, permitting, and high-end facility operations
- Experience leading capital projects and managing teams across trades
- Strong budget management, scheduling, and contractor oversight skills
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
