Job Description
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting residents, guests, and vendors entering the property. This position helps maintain a welcoming and orderly environment while supporting the enforcement of building policies as directed by management and the Association.
Responsibilities
- Greet all individuals entering the building in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide directions and general assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Log vendors and guests in and out for record-keeping purposes only (e.g., name, company, purpose of visit, time of entry/exit).
- Check identification of vendors and visitors based on pre-approved lists.
- Notify residents of guest arrivals or deliveries as appropriate.
- Serve as a liaison between residents and management by forwarding concerns, requests, or feedback.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate, detailed messages.
- Address routine questions and concerns from residents, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Management team as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of the local area and community to better assist residents and guests.

Part-Time Sat&Sun 4pm-12am
Pay rate: Up to $19 DOE
