Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (finish)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake equipment to produce high-quality parts for internal and external customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a stable company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to form customer-specific parts
  • Monitor part quality and perform First Article inspections
  • Ensure all parts meet drawing specifications and quality standards
  • Package, label, and stage materials for efficient loading
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards at all times
  • Perform general preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Complete production and quality logs accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all written quality procedures and company safety policies
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents immediately to supervision


Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of press brake experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or service center environments (strongly preferred; other experience considered)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Proficient with tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
  • Strong math skills (whole numbers and fractions)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Crane and forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation required


Work Environment & Dress Code

  • Steel-toed boots required
  • Jeans or work pants and T-shirt
  • Company provides all additional PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses)
