Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the management and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role involves the supervision and management of the maintenance department, maintaining a tool and parts inventory, and managing the annual maintenance plan and budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance department.
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan and budget.
Essential Skills
- Experience in maintenance supervision and management.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution maintenance.
- Lead or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervision or lead experience within a maintenance team.
- Manufacturing or distribution maintenance experience.

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-airconditioned distribution center with a small maintenance department consisting of only two people.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Pinellas Park, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
75% of medical benefits paid for
Dental, 401k (IRA) with a 2% company match
1-2 weeks of PTO
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Clearwater,FL.
