The ideal candidate should have exceptionally strong customer service skills, be able to multitask and a self starter. Medical front desk experience a must with 2 years of computer skills. Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work Monday & Wednesday 8AM-1PM, 3PM-7PM, Tuesday 8AM-1PM, 2PM-5PM for a total of 31 hours. Must have reliable transportation.
Your responsibilities will be to greet patients as they walk in, checking them in and out. Answering phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner. Transferring calls and taking messages accordingly. Entering patient information into the EMR system. Assisting administrative and managerial staff with a variety of clerical duties as needed. Arrange for referrals to specialists, diagnostic facilities, handle medical records and insurance reports for attorneys and physician offices.
