What You’ll Do
As a Orthopedic Physical Therapist on our team, you will manage a diverse patient load ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to high-level sports performance.
- Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based, individualized plans of care.
- Collaborative Care: Communicate directly and effectively with our on-site Physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
- Patient Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, hands-on treatments and education that empower patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
- Team Synergy: Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture, showing resilience and a "team-first" mentality when navigating a fast-paced clinic.
What You Bring
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Licensure: Current Florida State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Mindset: A strong desire to grow in an outpatient orthopedic setting, the ability to multitask, and excellent time-management skills.
