HealthYes Staffing is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a respected and growing regional health system in Panama City, Florida. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established and expanding cancer care program. This opportunity is open to 2026 graduating fellows, and J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available.
Position Overview
The incoming physician will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology team that includes experienced Hem/Onc physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated oncology support staff. The program is fully integrated with surgical services, pathology, radiation oncology, and infusion services, offering comprehensive cancer care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions

Provide a mix of outpatient clinic care and inpatient consults

Collaborate with radiation oncology, surgery, and palliative care teams

Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care planning

Optional involvement in clinical trials and teaching, if desired

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $380,000 – $450,000, plus productivity and quality incentives

Qualifications

MD or DO
-
Completion of a U.S.-based Hematology/Oncology fellowship

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology

Eligible for Florida medical licensure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
