We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal departments regarding billing matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure billing accuracy.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Prepare regular billing and payment reports for management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

- Experience in Refrigeration.
- Familiarity with automated billing systems.

Requirements:Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
