Company Overview:
We are an international company specializing in industrial lifting equipment (hoists, winches, cranes, and control systems), with active operations in manufacturing, import/export, and advanced engineering projects including Foreign Trade Zone operations and IoT-based monitoring systems. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and multilingual Project Manager Assistant to support ongoing and future projects.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager Assistant will work directly with company leadership to coordinate and support multiple projects, including:
- Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and compliance
- Development of hardware and software for Industrial Control and Monitoring Systems
- Supply chain management and vendor coordination
- International trade documentation
- Technical and administrative project follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress of multiple ongoing projects.
- Coordinate communication with international vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in documentation for FTZ compliance, ERP/ACE integration, and regulatory filings.
- Support technical teams with hardware and software development follow-up.
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and technical documents.
- Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and project updates.
- Act as liaison with engineers, legal advisors, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with trade shows, customer support, and product documentation if required.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in international business, trade, or technical project coordination.
- Ability to understand and manage technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FTZ operations, import/export regulations, or customs compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems or international logistics.
- Background in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical projects.
- Experience assisting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
