Are you someone who loves the sun, sand, and creating memorable experiences for others? Want to trade your cubicle for palm trees and ocean breezes? A premier beachfront condominium community on beautiful Longboat Key is looking for a Pool/Beach Attendant to join our hospitality-forward team.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a role in paradise!

What You’ll Do:

• Open our pool and clubhouse bright and early at 7:00 AM
• Keep our swimming pool, spa, kiddie pool, and pool deck sparkling clean
• Monitor water quality and ensure safe chemical levels (we’ll train you if needed!)
• Set the tone for safety and hospitality—enforcing posted pool rules with professionalism and care
• Clean and maintain our outdoor grills, pool furniture, and beach areas
• Assist owners and guests with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
• Periodically check the beach and help keep our shoreline pristine
• Be part of a team that values teamwork, service, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• A love for working outdoors in all kinds of Florida weather
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills—you’re approachable, friendly, and reliable
• Experience in pool/spa maintenance is a plus
• Valid Florida Pool Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM), including weekends
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., move equipment, and work on your feet in the sun
