Palmdale currently operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and provides a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors. Operating out of 19 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, propane, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets. Palmdale Oil Company is one of the largest family-owned petroleum wholesale company in the State of Florida.

Palmdale Oil is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Fort Lauderdale area. This hands-on role involves repairing and installing equipment such as pumps, meters, cameras, and GPS systems, as well as performing metal fabrication and facility maintenance across multiple Florida locations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, computer literate, and comfortable with travel, heights, and confined spaces. MIG welding experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation/repairs: Fill-Rite fuel pumps, Piusi DEF pumps, meters, monitors, hoses,
• nozzles, breakaways and filters on both customer and company owned fuel tanks
• Installation/repairs cameras/GPS systems in company owned vehicles
• Maintain all equipment at Boynton, Ft Lauderdale and Davie facilities
• Service truck part inventory/reorders

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, strong attention to detail is a must
• MIG Welding (preferred not required)
• Positive & Professional Demeanor
• Provide timely and quality repairs as directed
• Must be computer literate
• Self-motivating
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• No fear of heights or confined spaces
• Must be able to travel throughout Florida to include overnight stays as needed
• Stable work history
