What You’ll Do

• Advanced Diagnostics: Use state-of-the-art tools to troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, and computer-controlled systems.
• Precision Repair: Perform major engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs to factory standards.
• Mentorship: Lead by example, helping junior technicians grow their skills and maintaining a high standard of quality for the entire shop.
• Quality Control: Ensure every vehicle leaving your bay is safe, reliable, and meets our "zero-comeback" goal.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an automotive repair facility.
• Certification: Current ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) is required. (L1/Advanced Engine Performance is a major plus).
• Team Player Mentality: A "lone wolf" doesn't fit here. We thrive on a collaborative environment where we help each other beat the clock.
