Job DescriptionPart-Time Attorney (Remote – North Florida)

Location: Remote (Must be available for in-person court appearances in Duval County and surrounding areas)

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, approximately 30 hours per week

Practice Areas: Probate, Family Law, Civil Litigation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

About the Role

A Florida-licensed attorney is needed to join a growing legal practice on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated legal professional who thrives in a flexible, remote environment but is also comfortable representing clients in court when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a full caseload across probate, family law, and civil litigation matters.

· Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court.

· Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure high-quality client service.

· Attend in-person court appearances in Duval County and surrounding jurisdictions as required.

Qualifications

· Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

· Demonstrated experience in probate, family law, and civil litigation.

· Ability to independently manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.

· Reliable transportation for court appearances.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
