Pay Range: $70,000 – $150,000 annually (depending on experience and performance)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.

Ensure all work is completed accurately, cleanly, and in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience.

EPA certification required.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must pass background check and drug screening.

Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable.
