Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
A contract opportunity is available for full-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Fort Lauderdale, FL, working 35 hours per week. This role supports a range of age groups including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students within school settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a Florida provisional SLP license or a full Florida SLP license.
- Eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision provided by experienced on-staff SLPs.
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based speech therapy preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a variety of educational settings.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress.
