<p>Job DescriptionOrange Dental Partners is a multi-specialty group dental practice that offers Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and General and Cosmetic Dentistry. &nbsp; We are seeking to expand our team in Vero Beach with an EXPERIENCED dental treatment coordinator.&nbsp; Applying candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.<br><br>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Treatment plan presentation</li>
<li>Claims Processing</li>
<li>Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office</li>
<li>Schedule appointments for patients</li>
<li>Confirm appointments</li>
<li>Answering phones</li>
<li>Manage and organize specialist referrals</li>
<li>Maintain patient accounts and records</li>
<li>Verify insurance benefits</li>
<li>Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms.</li>
<li>Be caring and responsible with excellent communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>Candidates must have knowledge and experience with the following:<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Dental terminology</li>
<li>Dental Insurances including PPO, HMO, and Medicaid</li>
<li>Proven success rate with case acceptance</li>
<li>Dental software and basic computer literacy</li>
<li>Understanding of HIPAA&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li>
</ul>
