We’re a modern, mid-to-high-end affordable furniture showroom in Boca Raton serving a design-forward clientele. We’re hiring a Sales Consultant who can close sales confidently and own the customer experience from “hello” to “delivered and installed.”
What you’ll do
- Welcome clients, qualify needs, and create a confident, guided showroom experience
- Build quotes, close orders, and follow up with clients to drive delivery-ready sales
- Coordinate order flow: confirm product details, schedule delivery, and ensure a smooth customer outcome
- Tag and maintain showroom products: SKUs, pricing, and new arrivals (accuracy matters)
- Proactively generate add-on business:

- Window treatments, closets, wall units/built-ins
- Home automation (lighting/shades/smart home)
- Home remodeling services (as applicable)
- Handle service appointments, track progress, and confirm projects are completed successfully
What success looks like
- Consistent monthly performance with strong follow-through and minimal customer issues
- Clean, accurate tagging and SKU organization across the showroom
- Great reviews, repeat customers, and referrals
- High attachment of services (projects) and complementary pieces
What we’re looking for
- Proven retail sales experience (furniture/home décor preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and comfort closing high-ticket purchases
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple customer projects at once
- Tech-comfortable: POS/CRM, email/text follow-ups, basic spreadsheets
- Professional, polished, and dependable (weekends required)
Compensation & incentives
- Performance-based pay with bi-weekly draw + commission (earned on delivered & paid sales)
- Spiffs/bonuses for scheduling and completing projects (window treatments, closets, wall units, home automation, remodeling) and for select add-ons/referrals
- Growth opportunity into senior sales or store leadership for the right person
Schedule
- Full-time, showroom hours
- Weekends required (retail peak traffic)
