We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitorial staff member to assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of our association. This role involves performing janitorial duties and assisting with maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
  
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  
• Ability to climb ladders
  
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull
  
• Ability to work standard community hours, including Saturday’s.
  
• Perform repairs that may include, but are not limited to painting, pressure washing, fencing and general carpentry work related to household, building, and property grounds repairs. Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheet rock, exterior and basic electrical issues
  
• Valid Driver's License is required.
  
• Respond, as directed, promptly and professionally to work order requests
  
• Ensure work is performed in a timely and professional manner
  

Full-Time Tuesday- Friday 7:30am-4pm and Saturday 7am-11am

Pay Scale: $19
