Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Plumbing Professional with at least 5-10 years of proven experience to join our commercial service team in West Palm Beach! This role is primarily focused on service and repair of plumbing systems within commercial environment's, hospital facilities, schools, country clubs, and condominiums. We also service high-end residential properties through a management company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, and responding to emergencies. We do not do any new construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial and Residential Specialized Service: Perform service and repairs on primarily commercial plumbing.
We service several high-end homes through a management company. We also service regular residential homes and condominiums.
System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems for both commercial and residential properties. This involves inspecting the situation, having a game plan and resolving. There will be company support and help if needed.
Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to handle urgent leaks, backups, or system failures in high-priority environments. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Overtime work is anything after 4:30pm during the week. Weekend service is all OT. Overtime is time and a half.
Drainage: diagnosing, clearing, and repairing clogged or backed-up plumbing systems in commercial, residential and industrial environments.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in commercial plumbing service. Previous experience working within hospitals or medical centers is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial and residential plumbing. Blue print reading. Knowledge of pressure and DWV systems. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
Driving Record: Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record (eligible for company vehicle insurance).
Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check (required for hospital access and sensitive commercial sites).
Drug Testing: We perform random drug testing. Must be willing to undergo drug tests.

Skills & Competencies

Professionalism: A clean-cut, professional appearance and the ability to communicate effectively with facility directors, hospital staff, property, and condominium managers.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces, and working with No Hub cast iron.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for detailing service reports and interacting with facility managers. Must be fluent in English. An ideal candidate is able to work independently as well as work well with a team.
Our system requires you to be able to communicate with a computer. (Microsoft Outlook Calendar) Not a must, will train if necessary.
