A premier residential community dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for its residents and guests is seeking dependable and professional Concierge/Front Desk Associates to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Because our front desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, associates must have schedule flexibility, with some shifts starting and/or ending at midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors professionally and courteously.
• Monitor property entry points and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Assist residents with package acceptance, deliveries, luggage carts, and concierge requests.
• Conduct regular property walks and light security checks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk and lobby area.
• Log daily activities, incidents, and important information for management review and reference.
• Enforce condominium policies respectfully and consistently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and handle situations with discretion and tact.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use scheduling or logging software are required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
