Role Highlights

• Operate and set up lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, prints, and specifications to determine the most efficient machining approach.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and machine parameters to hit quality and delivery targets.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to keep production moving.
• Inspect finished components with precision measuring instruments to confirm they meet spec.
• Collaborate with peers to refine processes and elevate overall productivity.
• Uphold 5S and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe shop environment.

What We’re Looking For

• HS diploma or GED; additional machining/trade schooling is beneficial.
• Proven background in machining or a related manufacturing role.
• Proficiency with both CNC and manual equipment.
• Thorough understanding of machining methods and best practices.
• Ability to interpret prints and technical documents accurately.
• Meticulous, quality-focused mindset with strong problem-solving chops.
• Team-oriented communicator who supports a positive shop culture.
• Willingness to flex your schedule when production requires it.
