* Plan, control, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility electrical and non-electrical equipment and fixtures
* Supervise the execution of maintenance, improvements, work at height, repair of all facility fixtures and machinery
* Formulate the requisitions for the purchase of spare parts, consumables, and equipment
* Inventory management and control of spare parts
* Direct and coordinate the required parts and create an equipment repair plan
*Create and direct the annual maintenance plan
* Supervise the maintenance of continuous services, such as electricity, water, compressed air
* Evaluate the performance and development of human resources and guarantee a safe, positive, and productive work environment
* Apply safety and hygiene standards following company regulations
* Develop equipment improvement projects to optimize availability and efficiency
*Support for diagnosis and solution of critical faults in machinery and equipment
*Develop team assignments according to skill level and knowledge of the staff
