As part of our care team, you will help seniors in Jacksonville and surrounding areas remain connected to their routines, possessions, and memories. This role is right for someone who is patient, observant, and interested in learning each client's preferences and personality.


Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral care
• Encouraging hydration, nutrition, and healthy daily habits
• Preparing meals that are familiar and comforting
• Providing companionship through conversation, shared hobbies, or outdoor walks
• Helping with laundry, tidying, and organization
• Escorting clients to appointments or errands when requested
• Documenting notes to keep communication clear and consistent
