The Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations and the firm's mission. This role involves leading internal teams and external stakeholders, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and documentation, while also handling contracts, proposals, and project reporting. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills developed through progressive experience and education.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field
- P.E. or licensed Architect in Florida or a reciprocal state
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Aerospace, Aviation, or Space industry experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior experience at an AEC firm
