Position Overview
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Shift: 12-Hour Days (6 AM 6 PM)
Schedule: Part-Time | Rotating Weekends
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Pay Range: $25$41 per hour (based on license & experience)
What Youll Do
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond promptly and professionally to urgent or emergent situations
Preferred Experience
- IV therapy, wound care, trach/vent, and G-tube proficiency
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Pediatric or young adult experience (preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, rehab, home health, hospice, or hospital settings
