What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and visitors.
- Manage scheduling, intake, and administrative processes with accuracy.
- Handle insurance verification and payments with integrity.
- Manage/Support clinic operations and coordinate with the care team.
- Create a welcoming environment that reflects PT Now's mission and values.
- Weekly L10 Meetings with Staff
- Attend all Company & Training Events & Communicate/Roll out to Staff
- Team time tracking & reporting
