Job Description

Job DescriptionNaples Law firm is seeking a motivated Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This position will focus on Construction litigation matters, providing a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners
Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
3 to 10 years of experience in construction liability and/or general liability defense
Active license/ In good standing to practice law
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
